Chapter Donates $23,500 to LLS

The Troy University Chapter was recently honored by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Alabama. Over the past year, they raised more than $23,000. This contribution goes to fund research not only in Alabama but across the nation. They received an award for being one of the top schools to contribute to LLS nationally.
"We are proud to know that through our philanthropy events, we are able to help fund research and provide support for the families affected by blood cancers,” said Chapter President Garrett McKeon. "Our past philanthropy chairmen, Logan Schimpf and Justin Grimsley worked tirelessly to raise as much money as possible for LLS. I am excited to work with our new philanthropy chairman, Austin Sims, to continue our support of LLS."
We are proud of the partnership that FarmHouse Troy has with the Leukemia-Lymphoma Society of Alabama. Blood cancers have affected some of our members and their families.
